Manicotti

Tonight, or rather, most of the afternoon, I made Lidia Bastianich’s manicotti with asparagus and scallion filling from Lidia’s Family Table (p.198-9). Absolutely worth the gargantuan mess I made in the kitchen, most of which I cleaned up myself and did not leave for J. The manicotti are fabulous. I could eat some now.

This is the new blog. Still a work in progress. Pardon the generic appearance.

As you can see, I’ve imported most of the old blog. Unfortunately, this month’s posts didn’t come over. Ouch.

The old blog will still be up for awhile until I can figure out how to to get just the one month imported.
