Manicotti
Posted on Monday, 16 January 2006, 23:46Tonight, or rather, most of the afternoon, I made Lidia Bastianich’s manicotti with asparagus and scallion filling from Lidia’s Family Table (p.198-9). Absolutely worth the gargantuan mess I made in the kitchen, most of which I cleaned up myself and did not leave for J. The manicotti are fabulous. I could eat some now.
