I washed the scarf. The color mellowed and it grew another foot. I cut over two feet off and now have a proper length scarf and a little neck warmer suitable for a small girl (or boy brave enough to wear pink).
Last night J & I celebrated his birthday at Mesa Grill. It was unbelievably good. I don’t know why we’ve never eaten there before. As it was a celebration, we had everything: drinks, appetizers, entrees, coffee, dessert, dessert wine. The margaritas are worth the trip alone. The goat cheese queso fundido appetizer I had and the pork tenderloin J had were our favorites. (And I usually hate pork.)
I should diet for the next week, but J made himself a birthday cake.
