Some days I’ll look out a window in my office building, see Lower New York Harbor and be surprised again how close we live to the water.

When biking down to the Columbia St pier or down along the waterfront in Bay Ridge under the Veranzano Narrows Bridge I’m always impressed how close we are to the ocean

Today, there’s no doubt. I might as well be swimming in it.

Except, of course, the ocean is a lot cooler.
