I’ve ordered a new ergonomic chair to replace the floor-scratching unpadded Neolithic thing I’m sitting on now. I specified FedEx Saturday delivery. I checked FedEx online. It arrived at their Brooklyn facility on Wednesday (the 5th). Estimated delivery date: May 14th. Surely not.
