Hurray for the Neighbor

As expected, the problem with the car was only a rundown battery. Many, many thanks to my neighbor, CW, who has the parking spot next to mine and also has jumper cables in his trunk.

Intarsia is not calling me. If it does call, I’m not home.

These blighted ends, way more than twenty, on the scarf: I’ve spent more time weaving in than I though possible and it all looks like cr*p. The Cashmerino splays when cut. It won’t taper into nothing. It won’t hide. Aargh.

Help.

I Hate Weaving in the Ends

At 12:11 pm, I finished knitting the Spring Scarf. I am now weaving in the ends, and weaving, and weaving. The scarf is nice (pictures tomorrow), but I do not like the effect of the woven-in ends. There is just nothing to hide the cut end in. More later.
